G-Force Evolution
« on: March 21, 2008, 04:41:03 AM »
I drilled a 15lb Evo for a young man(18 y/o) that helps me in my pro shop last night! His pap is 41/2 x 3/4 and I used the label drilling, which he wanted because this is going to be his bench mark ball. He has a 190+ average and just moved up to the adult leagues several weeks ago. The ball rolled really smooth and clean thru the heads and midlane, but made a very hard arc at the break point and had a very hard hit. The ball really impressed me with the smoothness and still hit hard with great carry. He didn't set any records, but shot about 640+ with a 180+ second game and he admitted that he waited to long to make a move left. We run a longer pattern (42') than most houses in the area, but the pearl reactive cover still had great recovery, plus we only strip the lanes once a week on Sunday nights! Before all of the Lane #1 critics get on here, no I'm not a Lane #1 guru or only use Lane #1. This is the first Lane #1 stuff that I called Chuck about and I got a case of them from him and being in the bowling business for a lot of years I wanted to post something positive about a ball that I think is a great piece of equipment! Thanks Chuck for the deal on these Evo's, Bruce
P.S.
I have used and still use a lot of other company's equipment, Track/Rising, Kinetic, Temper, Roto Grip/Cell(no it hasn't died)Odyssey x 2 my favorite R/G ball, Pluto, Horizon solid, Mystic, L/LM/Sting(favorite particle),Sure Strike(rico and rolls smooth and great), Yeah Baby, Big Kuana, Buzz, Morich/Awesome Finish, WMB, Seek and Destroy, Dynothane/Blk Vendetta(rico and my dry lane ball and ten pin ball, because of smoothness).

why you care what those lane1 haters might say to you !!!
you drilled the ball and say its reaction in different conditions and you made your own judgment and that's what you should go by .. not what others tell you

those posters are too idiots to realize that no one really care what they think and we will still buy lane1 balls
