I cant seem to get anyone to answer an Email at Lane#1 any ideas why?
Its about an old ball that I recently purchased new and undrilled from a reputable Pro Shop that was mismarked by a very long way. Ive sent them 3 Emails both to Richie and to the info one but recieved nothing in reply. Its been about 6 weeks now.
I know they've had a few similar problems with their Buzzbombs but 6 weeks is an awful long time.

Ritchie came on Ballreviews and said they were having problems with thier email system. He asked that if we had a question or a problem to please call. They are great about answering the phone and you can ask to talk to Ritchie himself. If he's not there, ask for Chuck.

I sent an e-mail to info@lane1bowling.com this week and had no problems with them returning my e-mail. Other e-mails that have worked in the past are lane1@lane1bowling.com and richie@lane1bowling.com Try again.
Maybe, just maybe it's your e-mail that isn't working on a return..? I could be something with your filter. Check your trash can..? =:^D

The last mail I sent was only Thursday so I'll give him a week or two. I have checked again in my deleted messages etc. but I dont seem to have a reply there.
I have sent the last one direct to Richie if I dont hear anything I will send him a PM through here to Mr Buzzsaw. I know he is having some trouble with a couple of the Buzzbombs so he may be sorting them out first.

I'm not sure what's going on with your e-mails, but I answer everyone I receive. If you sent it to all 3 e-mails you stated, I doubt I could have missed it. What is your e-mail address? I will try to search through my database to see if it got by me somehow.
In any case, please re-send it again to richie@lane1bowling.com or info@lane1bowling.com I'm sorry for any inconvenience.

Richie, with all due respect, you're wrong. I've personally sent you 2 emails to both the info and richie addresses within Lane 1, and NEVER received a reply. Oh, and by the way, I run the email system at the office. I know the mail got to you.
Ok, I think I've had enough. I was going to keep quiet. Having just come back from Nationals though, and reading this garbage, it's time for an objective post about Lane 1 and the Buzzbomb I purchased. NO hype, no for or againast, just a straight first time buyer experience. Of course, I need to unpack first

Everything seems sorted now. Richie explained it was a total error that the mails were missed and has sorted everything out for me.
