...and I must say I was un-impressed ;(
I not really sure what I was expecting outta this ball being it's a Columbia 300 cover and I've never matched up well with C300 gear. The ball was drilled label when I got it, so I just moved the thumb back and away I went.
I was shooting on a semi fresh 38 ft THS. Backends were pretty clean for the most part. The ball had a every inconsistent roll to say the least. The best line I had was over 15 to 4-5 at about 38-40 feet. If I tugged it, the ball would slide, if I got it outside early it roll through the nose and if I sent it wide late, I was taking out the 6-10...
I tried a couple different hand positions over 6 games and none of them seemed any different then the last. I always carry a 320 and 800 grit pad in my bag so I hit it with the 320 pad. The ball seemed to just not want to finish and just sorta arch up.
I also noticed that this saw didn't seem to carry like my older saws ? If I hit light, I'd leave a weak 7. If I hit the hole it, was 4-9 or a flat 10.
Pretty odd if you ask me..lol
I was seeing about 5 inches of flare.
Any ideas for a surface prep or weight hole placement ?
