I have not seen any PBA players use Lane 1 bowling balls. Can someone tell me if there are any PBA players that use Lane 1?

Don't think they can afford them! ONLY KIDDING!

Yes, there are PBA Lane#1 staffers, however as redbear pointed out, they don't make the show very much.

Quite a large number of seniors and regional guys use Buzzsaws (John Handegaard comes to mind, a local guy Dan Kukuk who bowls some regional and some big money events, Mike Savoia (sp?). Haugen may well be the only national player to have used them on TV, but I believe that I've heard that some other guys have used them in the early rounds, but switched on TV for the bucks.

mike haugen, machuga, girard... i know from personal viewing that these guys all had Uraniums at the Dallas stop.
Lane #1 doesn't give incentives to throw their stuff on TV. if you get to the TV round, either you throw your sponsors stuff or one of them will offer you $$$ to throw it on TV. take walter ray... he throws track stuff on TV, in qualifiers/matchplay he uses quite a few other balls.
