Full Roller
« on: April 24, 2006, 09:14:23 AM »
I'm a full roller with a 220 average on a regular house shot.  What is everyones opinion on a Lane 1 ball for medium to dry lanes.  I Currently have a Dirty Bomb, Shock and Awe and a Thrash.  All of which work great until the lanes start drying up...  I was thinking of a Cobalt Bomb.

FYI.. for you real Techies...  My Dirty Bomb is drilled with the pin on the left side of my thumb hole.  And my other 2 balls are drilled with the pin to the left of my middle finger (Like for a lefty). I like the reaction I get with that better than with the DB.

I have the same problem.I'm also a full roller and have a high rev rate. The thing that worked for me was I drilled a Bullet semi pin axis, very smooth and controlled of the break point.

I'm not really that technical when it comes to drilling.  But what exactly do you mean  where is the pin in relation to the finger holes.
