I have dealt with X-Storm's email issue separately.
OddDood...I do not believe in drop shipping. I have found several balls in the past that have had blemishes or the box specs have not matched the ball itself. To send those balls onto a customer is not good bsiness practice. The only time I have a ball drop shipped is if the customer needs it ASAP and it would cost me the sale by me not having them ship it for me. This did cause a problem awhile back when I had a ball shipped direct and there was a pock mark on a $229 ball. That doesn't make me look good and definitely doesn't make Lane 1 look good.
As I ahve always stated...I do my best to treat my customers the way I would want to be treated. I might take a bit longer to get things in, etc. but due to several issues (1 man operation, 35 min from pro shop, 30 minutes the other way to get to UPS), it makes it rough at times. I only hope that my willingness to answer questions and help out the customer will outweigh those shortcomings.
