blue death/red death
« on: December 08, 2009, 10:52:38 PM »
is there a better combo out right now?  I dont think so, these two balls side by side just flat out cover any condition I have seen over the last 8 weeks, the red death just tears up our semi heavy 41 ft pattern, and if I want I can use it the entire set as the head oil up front is there (moving left all night tho)  OR I can take the blue and move right and tear up the outside, and as the lane come to me move left and really open it up.  Drilled a red death for a full roller the other day, the carry he got out of that ball was crazy, first night out he just tore up the racks with it.

or the two, the blue is my go to ball, smooth as silk but still has way more pop on the back side to bring all ten down.  It is actually a better late shift ball then I could have hoped for, but at the same time still able to handle the fresh with ease, i think on a shorter pattern this ball will be even better.  Looking forward to some of the upcoming tourneys with this ball as lane #1 has hit a winning combo with both of them.  If any of your lane #1 guys have not tried this combo it is a must have, not only are they preced very fair, their performance is beyond that of their price point.  The blue death is dead sexy on the lanes, probably one of the best looking pieces that lane 1 has ever put in the catalog.  over the last 8 weeks with the red/blue combo i am averaging 227.8  not bad for a 208-210 hack, the ball rolls easy and retains a massive hit on the pocket

A must have for any saw user, i feel it is that good of a ball

i have to agree, this combo is hard to beat, ive had the red death for over a month now, and love it, to me its stronger then my mutant cell, just punched up a blue death yesterday used it in league last, had an easy  700, games of 227.225.259,  just  with a speed adjustment kept me from going larger, but i did hit the clean pot last night and it more then paid for the ball, i just lined up 4 boards right of the red death and it just opened up the lane,,
thanks lane 1 for a great combo

I totally agree with the triggerman....teh red and blue deaths are about the best 1-2 punch going. Add the original Massacre with a pin close to PAP drilling and you have a perfect trifecta of weapons.
