Title: Bought a Gemstone Tonight

Earlier today I was dismissed from class for spring break. I am headed to Las Vegas on Monday and really intended on buying a ball soon but so tonight I decided to go up my pro shop (on the chance I didn''t come home with much money). I really wanted a Curve which I will end up ordering next month so no worries but they had a Gemstone they wanted to get rid of. My pro shop does not carry Lane 1 products so  he cuts a deal and now I have a Gemstone. I have gotten the opportunity to throw it quite yet. Hope to do so tomorrow. I will upload a few pics within a few hours.

That's nearly identical to the layout I have on my Curve.  Curve is a beast on the lanes with that drill.

Today I went into practice with it. I bowled 3 games with it until the lanes transitioned to a point where I needed to change balls. I was impressed with the smooth roll I got from it and how easily it got through the heads. I got a decent turn off the spot and was able to open it up a little as I progressed. It fit the light-medium role I wanted it to fill and gave me length that was desired out of it.
