Bullet drilling.

So i just picked up a used bullet, and im mulling over how to drill it. I talked to trigger man, and he suggested that i should go with a agressive drill, so its not to tame.

Stats are in profile, any suggestions.

FWIW this ball would see the most use, on THS i have a good deal of trouble playing straight with stronger equipment.

I suggest 4x3 with a small x-hole.

4x3 = 4in pin to pap and 3in cg to pap, right?

What should that do? It would probally be a pin under ring finger drilling, correct?

I had mine pin above as I prefer that due to my track pin below will just get it to read even earlier,  but this dirll really creates a smooth roll.  If you don't try and get the bullet to hook a little with a fairly strong drill then it will never really pick up and just skid forever.  Kicking the pin over and the cg over is going to get it to pick up in the midlane and not skid past the breakpoint even on light/dry it will still be plenty tame and controllable.

Mine was pin above and ended up being closer to 5x3 but since your ball speed is greater than mine i would go a full 4x3.  Our paps are similiar I am 5 1/4 over and 1 up.  I always drill pin above due to a high track but lately mine has come down some so my pap may be little different.  I have changed some pitches lately and gave my bullet away, but I did order another its a must have ball for me.

Yes I know they recommend that but I feel label is not that agressive it basically just gets the ball to flare a good amount, which is not a bad thing but doesn't really promote any midlane read.  The bullet is super low flairng anyways.  Label 1:30 is not bad I was just recommending from actual experience because I loved my bullet.

try 5 x 4--should put pin up around ring finger , cg slightly out--great smooth roll, but still has strength.

Theres also a video in my profile, to gauge my ballspeed/release.

I have a pin under bridge Rampage and i never have trouble with the track comming up over the thumb. I thought 5 1/4 is a Med-track? Im hesitant to go with a pin under drilling, i prefer the pin above for a little pop on the backends.

So drill it for something with a good midlane read, and not to agressive so as not to have it skid past the break point.

i have mine drilled label 1:30, it does what it is intended to do. for me, i think the bullet tends to hook a lil earlier for a dry lane ball. it is basically a smooth even arc. when it is dry i still cant play straight up the track /w the bullet, still have to swing it to get it deep enough. however, for me, the bullet does not seem to hit as well as other "dry lane" balls...i prefer my sahara, even though it is much stronger it seems to hit a lot better.

if you want a smooth arc reaction, label should do the trick.

FWIW, I drilled mine Rev Leverage off of the Lane #1 drilling sheet and hated it.  It seems to do absolutely nothing in oil, and screams in the dry, (which I guess is what it is intended for).  But we have a house that puts down a dry shot, and for the first game I can use it, but once there is any oil in the back I get terrible under/over problems.  Mine sits on a shelf as work.  I had much better luck with the Sahara, Mercury, and in the old days, the Ultra Hot.
