Question on semi axis pin drillnig???

I have one more Tsunami to drill and I think I would like to drill it semi pin axis, but I don't know what it is.  Will someone please explain to me how to lay out this drilling?

I don't know exactly how to set one up, but here is a link to trig and fiber's if it helps any...

basically, you put the CG where your PAP is and the pin is straight above it

too much top weight might not allow you to drill it this way as you will need a big side hole (at your PAP) to bring it back to legal
