What is the difference in the layout CG Leverage like in the Uranium and CG Out Leverage that is in the Bomb cores? Are they similar in the way they will react? Will they both check up early?

I'm not sure you're thinking about those terms in the right way. "CG Leverage", whatever that means, is not a characteristic of a particular core but more likely a layout that can be used when drilling the ball. Likewise for "CG out leverage". Are you curious about specific balls you have?
I would guess that "CG leverage" means the pin is 3 3/8" from the PAP (leverage) with the CG also 3 3/8" from PAP. Usually it's called "stacked leverage" and is considered the "most" hook, for some definition of "most".
"CG out leverage" probably has the pin in the leverage positions, 3 3/8" from PAP while the CG is less than 3 3/8" from PAP, it's kicked away from the grip center towards the PAP. This type of drill usually gives a more controlled, continuous hook than stacked leverage.
