COMMENTS
I know allot of people where talking about with this continued motion that you would leave allot of 8 and 9 pins, but that was far from the truth in the first outing in fact I didn’t leave either all night.  True to the advertising the ball does not quit rolling, once the Boom’R-ANG reacts it just keeps moving, no roll out just a constant motion.  The one thing I noticed though is there isn’t much forgiveness because of this motion, if you miss you mark the Boom’R-ANG is just gonna keep moving and may blow right by the pin your aiming for.  Upside to that is though I got allot of odd pin reaction that resulted in good carry and not very many taps.

I would say the Boom’R-ANG gets more length then the Time Bomb (similar to the Curve) with a more pronounced reaction.  I would place the Boom’R-ANG between the Time Bomb and the Curve in the current lineup.

Hopefully I’ll get to use the Boom’R-ANG more on Wednesday, so look for more info later in the week.

Update: What I learned on Wednesday will make power players really excited. I’ve been struggling this year overpowering the lanes, but thus far the Boom’R-ANG seems to thrive on this. I was again struggling trying to turn down the speed because I wasn’t getting the carry from my other balls at the speed I wanted to throw, well I decided at the end of game one I was just gonna unload it and see what happens. It worked really well; I could pound the hole with as much force as I wanted without getting tapped.

you guys have heard me time and time again say that this ball is my fave, especailly of the last 4 releases (which are 4 of my all time faves as well) but the Boom R ang is by far my top ball first out of the bag, last to go back in

last night added to the legacy of this ball for me, started off ho hum opened the tenth frame to shoot 192, figured it was gonna be another of those nights, with a lot of spares and no strikes, move to second game go front 6 solid 10 pin in 7th that I wiffed, run sheet 267, next game front 10 got a little inside left 6-10 convert for 288, at one point I have 21-22 strikes, and 15 in a row over the two games (747 for the night) ball is a power players dream, I threw my regular speed and revs to start the series but at the end of the first game I changed and decided to stand on it and put some hand in the ball and man what a difference ball just screamed "throw me"

one of the best balls out of syracuse in some time, it is fantastic
