Ok. I admit that Doug has got to be THE MOST respected Lane 1 distributor in the nation! Just one teensy tiny problem...I can  never reach him...well, at least by phone anyway. Is the man ]that busy! Ok...stupid statement, I apologize, but is the only way to reach him through e-mails? I just want some questions answered is all. Thanks again in advance people.

I am also waiting for an email reply. Please be patient; we all have our problems. This is not his main job, and he has a family. Something might have happened. Waiting for his services will be well worth your while. I can almost guarantee it.

He is a teacher by day, and that keeps him busy.  He also is involved in Scouting with his son, which is very time consuming.  He does take time to answer e-mail at dougsproshop@aol.com or you can call his shop and leave a message(607)687-7795 (he is usually there Wed-Fri evenings, and the best time to call is 5pm EST, as he bowls at 6pm wed & thurs).  Oh, and yes he is the most respected Lane 1 distributor; his shop alone, did incredible sales for Lane 1 Saws (5 digits - 00,000), which cinsidering his size, would rank right up there with the big boys, and maybe even top them.  He WILL get to you!

Hot damn! Finally got a chance to speak to Doug! This man is a blessing to All Buzzsaw fans...period! Saw Mill and Charlest, you all were right! It was worth the wait! Man that's it, I gotta' get my Saws now! My coach is just gonna have to be upset with me!

I can only agree with you Doug has to be one of the best ambassadors of Lane 1 products.He is a busy man and will get back to you don't lose faith.

I also believe he should be a person who gets to test Lane 1 equipment.He is honest in his evaluations and very knowledgeable concerning Lane 1.He is always very helpfull with any question you may have concerning Lane 1 or other equipment.I know he has helped me numerous times with questions I have had concerning Lane 1 and has NEVER given me bad advice.

So Clump or Richie if you are listening or reading this put this guy on your staff he is very helpfull for all of us, who are Lane 1 patrons.

I have never had any problems contacting Doug in the evenings, any day of the week.

Sorry for the long time between contacts here guys but if you call my cell number and leave a message, I can only get the message when I am in the vicinty if the shop. Lovely Verizon told me they had cell coverage in my home area and guess what??? they don't !!!! In fact, nobody does but they all say they do.

The best wayto reach me is via email at dougsproshop@aol.com. I check that at least 2x per day (before I leave for work (school) and when I get home. I could check it during the day as well bnut they have the AOL website blocked since you can also access AIM on the site.

MY upcoming schedule is going to be:
11/14...in shop after dinner (call me at 607-687-7795 or 570-885-1276
11/15...out of town
11/16...will be home all day watchig the end of the NASCAR season...call me at 570-553-0165 if you need to
11/17...contact me via email only...get home at 4, eat dinner and have Cub Scouts at 6, get home around 8...can call between 8 and 11 if needed
11/18...email only...Cub Scout activity night
11/19...email untilk 4:30, after 5 call my cell, after 6 call the shop. I bowl 7-9 in our scratch league but I can still take the time to answer your questions. I normally hang around the shop until about 10.
11/20...email until 4:00, then call my cell until 5:00 and call the shop number after that until about 10.
11/21...same as other weekdays, will be in the shop after 6 PM. Ought to get into cell range around 5:30

I am truly sorry if I have inadvertently ignored anyone but hoinestly, it is not my intention.
