Cherry Pearl is one of those love/hate balls. Not very versatile for me. BOOMING backends, great length, poor deflection. Best shot seems to be inside 3rd game when the track is burned so it can bleed off energy.
Mine was drilled 3 1/2 by 5, balance hole on PAP.

It is one of those balls that looks great going to the hole. It rolls so great going down the lane you want to keep rolling it. It was a ball that has the world or it does not carry. One of my favorite balls of all time. I just had to learn how to use it and when to put it away.

I just got mine a few weeks ago and I have to agree with SrKegler that it works well for me by the end of the third game after my V2 solid starts leaving 10 pins from burn out. If your backend is sloppy like ours had been the whole season, you will have to control your speed very carefully. For me if I varied up or down by .5 mph it was either washout or split.

P.s. Mine is drilled 5 x 4.

So do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons,
for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup!

One of the best balls ever made IMHO. A pure skid/snap reaction time and time again.

I have one of these NIB in 15 pounds. Maybe I'll have to punch it up!
