Uranium HRG Review
« on: October 30, 2006, 12:06:12 PM »
Meant to get this up sooner but just been to busy.

Bowler stats
Speed 17-18mph
RH,500 rpm

I decided to drill the HRG 4x4 stacked no X hole.I took it to a local house 45ft typical house shot on synthetic started standing at 25 playing up 10 and in.I was very surprised by the HRG,it was very smooth with a nice sharp arc with great length. The biggest thing I noticed different was this ball it seemed to keep the pins very low on the deck which gave it tremendous carry. It had the same pin cracking devastation Lane#1 is known for with obvious improvement. For anyone who had doubt or concern about the change to Columbia rest assured you will be very pleased with the move. This new combination has taken the proven power of Lane#1 equipment and given it unbelievable versatility, predictability, and control. Its almost as if they have taken multiple characteristics of different Lane#1 balls and rolled them into one.You will see a considerable reaction difference from past Lane#1 balls with the new C300 cover. Don't just take my would on it look at my score out of the box.
279(4 pin)-267(4,4 pin)-202(had some feet issues.

The HRG is definitely the first great ball in whats bound to be a outstanding improve to the Lane#1 lineup,if thats possible.LOL
