If you are talking that the weights are 15# 5 oz and 15# 3 oz then you'll never notice it.

Now if the 15.5 means 15-1/2 pounds then you may notice it but I still highly doubt it.

I have a 15 pound 9 oz viper solid here that I want to drill out so bad but I just do not know if I will be able to handle the extra weight. I normallyget 15# 3 oz....6 oz may be noticeable...I dunno.

Doug's right.  You won't notice the difference in 2 oz.  That's about how much they take out of a ball when they drill it.  You'll never know.

Now Doug,

6 oz difference you can notice.  That's a sizeable difference for a bowling ball.
