I had asked Lane #1 about this a little while back and this is what they said:

 The solid Cobalt is an 800 grit wetsand with a very light polish with a rough buff compound. Hope this helps. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us again anytime by e-mail or phone 1-800-Lane No.1 (526-3661). Thank you for choosing Lane #1.
