I'm not sure if your trying to be funny too, but you're comparing a totally diff. type of cover.The epx is made for med-heavy oil & the cobalt is made for med-dry which is a big difference.And why in the heck you drilled a med-dry ball with a layout for a heavy oil,it don't make any sense?
You just ruined the purpose of the ball for med-dry condition for giving it a heavy oil layout which you know it will lose the reserve energy for the type of condition it's made for.

Of course I'm joking. If I had the money for an EPX-T1 and a CB, I'd buy two or three DT Soaker balls instead.
This is the guy who came in bragging on his EPX-T1 over the SCB, UI, GP2, and every other heavy oil ball out today. Whenever a new heavy oil ball came out, he'd write "I did a comparison between my EPX-T1 and my new <whatever>....". Every time, it was "the EPX hooked the most on every condition I threw it on, never burned up, never rolled out, I could play any line and strike every time while the <whatever> wouldn't move more than two boards on any condition or line."
I have neither of those balls, I probably never will. I'm not particularly interested in the EPX-T1 and Lane 1 is too... well, I'll just stop there.

and yes EPX-T1 out hooks all balls on the planet in heavy oil.. but colbalt is for medium dry.

I bowled an EPX-T1 Ultimate Inferno Super Carbide Bomb
pattern 42feet flooded gutter to gutter.
EPX-T1 was the only ball to set up early and finsih strong.. the other balls labored alot... not setting up well.
Its an EPOXY SHELL.. its supposed to soak oil and roll hard.. thats why columbia made it...
