What would be a great control drilling on a Liberator?

4" x 4" pin under the ring finger. Yes, I read your profile.

The Liberator is already a maximum control ball; you don't have to force control on it with a drilling unless you're a spinner with a heavy short oil pattern.

If you put a SUPER high gloss polish on it, you might want to kick the CG out a little. Otherwise, I don't see the need for something like a pin on axis drill.

Good luck, in any case.

Mine's drilled RICO...  And is allot stronger then I thought it would be.  For me if I stay in the middle it's just as strong as my RICO drilled C+ but it definitely doesn't have power if I get it to far outside.

I agree that a 4X4 is a good control drilling. Don't be afraid to adjust the cover for your needs. The box finish will be too early for most bowlers needs. It takes a lot of work to get a shine on this ball, but it's worth it.
