The Liberator is already a maximum control ball; you don't have to force control on it with a drilling unless you're a spinner with a heavy short oil pattern.
If you put a SUPER high gloss polish on it, you might want to kick the CG out a little. Otherwise, I don't see the need for something like a pin on axis drill.

Mine's drilled RICO... And is allot stronger then I thought it would be. For me if I stay in the middle it's just as strong as my RICO drilled C+ but it definitely doesn't have power if I get it to far outside.

I agree that a 4X4 is a good control drilling. Don't be afraid to adjust the cover for your needs. The box finish will be too early for most bowlers needs. It takes a lot of work to get a shine on this ball, but it's worth it.
