Some people work better with email.  They have an email service.  So the customer service thing to do is respond to the email if to say nothing more, we are really busy, calling is easier, or, I got your email, I hope to get to it soon, we're swamped.

I like using email.  if gives me a place to refer back to in case I forgot or maybe processed the info incorrectly.

Anyway, if they have great customer service, they would be responding to their emails IMHO.

Nic, I'm sorry, but I didn't get your e-mail. The mailbox for info@lane1bowling.com was deleted when we changed our server. It should be re-activated now. My personal e-mail is richie@lane1bowling.com if you ever need to get in touch with me more quickly.

I see that you're having a problem with the BuzzBOMB. Not sure what could be wrong, because this ball really hooks as much if not more than the other balls on the market.

You can definitely send it to us for review. We will send you a replacement and recommendations as to what is the problem and how to correct it with the new ball. Your situation does seem odd, but there is a reason for it and we'll definitely get to the bottom of it.

Sorry for any inconvenience. I'll make it up to you with a few extras. I look forward to receiving your ball.

Admittedly impressive. Of course, being a senior IT dude in real life, I can promise you the actual mailbox wasn't deleted in my specific case because I was tracking it and would have received a notice..
However, gott a admit that's nice reply. Nic, let us know of your experience. I supposedly have mine on the way now and must say my confidence is a bit higher.

This is terrific service coming no less from the owner of Lane 1. I just hope that other bowlers will not take advantage of this generosity and topnotch customer service.

I have talked to Ritchie many times in the past.  I know he is a professional and the customer service has always been tremendous with the exception of this email.  I'm not looking for any freebees, just the reaction that I thought we were going to get.

I appreciate Ritchie posting and I will send him the ball.

Thanks again

Barry
