Just figured I'd post so the trolls don't think I only post when I bowl well...
I bowled team last night and was a train wreck!!!!
I bowled the Roto Grip Sport Challenge before the 8:30 team event to loosen up.
Shot 425 with a pocket 4-6 and a whiffed 10 pin the last game.....
Feeling good for team I had the reaction I was looking for. Playing in the 9-12 area with a great reaction with my Cobalt Pearl drilled Rico. Just couldn't catch a break and my bad shots were magnified.. The team pattern was harder for me than any PBA pattern I have ever bowled on.
Game#1 Left a pocket 4-6 and a 4-9 in the first 4 frames. 1 double and a chop 3-6-10 and I have 167.
Game#2 Bowled like a dooosh leaking the ball right into the OB with 3 power washouts.... That friends equaled 160.
Game#3 Stayed clean with no doubles (Helps if you hit pocket twice in a row.)
Greak church in the 9th and a missed messenger in the 10th equals 18o something and a whopping 510 or so...
I really had a good reaction too....
It is like bowling a regional and you have a great ball reaction but you throw 1 or 2 bad shots and 1 or 2 bad breaks and you are -90 for the first 3 games. The difference is you don't have 5 more games to make it up...
Very dissapointing....
Singles and doubles today so we will see how that goes...I am really confident because of my reaction I had even though I scored bad with 510....
Drilled my THS and a new XL for singles and doubles in case they burn up.

So if you knock off the extra 20% for the Lane #1 carry, you would have shot 340 ?!
425 - 85(20%)= 340 ?!?!

When you create as much angle on the backend as I use to, and as much Beans does, they are very very possible to leave!!!!
