Doug, Drillwizard, help me out
« on: July 26, 2003, 06:18:49 AM »
Ok, here's the story, I'm wanting a Buzzsaw to fit between my Monster Smash/R and my Blueberry. The blueberry and Smash/R are both drilled pin above bridge with the cg in the center of palm. I'm thinking either the cherry bomb or the emerald pearl, suggestions on these 2 or a different ball? Thanks, lefty.

Emerald- very good fit between the 2.

Cherry Bomb -probably more than you are looking for , stronger than both mentioned.

My choice would be the Emerald.

Both the Smash/R and the Blueberry use the same coverstock and are both pretty strong.

The Emerald will give you a similar look to the BB but it will be later and further down the lane.

The Cherry would move sooner than the Emerald (in my experience anyway) and be stronger on the backend.

It would seem to me that if the Smash/R  hooks less than your BB, that the Emerald would be a step down from the Blueberry.

If your Smash/R is a harder hooking ball than the Blueberry, I'd opt for the Cherry since it will be more reaction.
