Is this Activator Advance & PK 18 combined coverstock?

We don't know for sure but its some kind of Activator Pk 18 mix.  Just not sure which activator.

from Sawuser on another thread.....

The H2o is a pearlized coverstock using pk18 & just plain pearlized activator blended for the hybrid. The tsunami has solid pk18 & activator+ blended for the hybrid. Also the mini diamonds are repositioned I guess for a earlier midlane read. So you have pearl vs solid & raised mini vs lowered mini for the reaction differences you questioned.
