This will be my first lane 1 ball i think. Im mainly looking for something to go between my Total inferno & my Raw Hammer Doom(its about a 10 board difference). Basically a med-oily ball thats not all back end. Ive been wanting to try Lane 1 for a while now, & after i got my xmas money, i decided to buy 1, ive all but fully decided on the tsunami for my purpose.
I was considering pin next to & slightly above the ring finger, MB in the strong position, to the right of the thumb.
Does anyone have a better option on the drilling and/or ball choice??
need help fairly fast, ill be ordering tomorrow.

Since you don't have a profile, I have no idea how you throw the ball, I recommend waiting until you have the ball and read the drilling instructions and decide for your self.
I got a Tsunami for my first Lane #1 ball and won enough money with it to buy 10 of them, the ball carries better than any other ball I have owned. I drilled mine 4 3/8 to the pin and 3 3/8 to the cg and put the mb close to the val. The pin was drilled 2 3/4 up from the midline which put it next to my ring finger. I put the weight hole on the pap.

bah, i always forget to put my style down in these kinda posts
Pap - 5-7/8-> x 1/2^
Speed - 17ish mph
Revs - med/high
Preferred line - anything that gets me to the pocket, but if i have to choose, either 15at the arrows to around 10 at the break, or 12 to 8

Also, 1 thing i was wondering.... Ive looked at the drill sheet, & from my exp with other manufacturers, the "MB" dot, which on the Tsunami is just the location of the mini diamonds, is how u dictate what the ball does. Is this not the case with the Tsunami?
For instance, a typical label drill on something assymetrical will usually be really weak, because the MB is in the track. If the mini diamonds r in the track, is this also the case?

Well my speed is close to yours and my PAP is also
mine is Layed out Semi Pin Axis and your preffered lines is exactly what I use mine on medium to drier conditions I love the Semi Pin Axis on those conditions

if i like the tsunami as much as everyone else does, i may get a 2nd & do pin on pap, or 6-3/4" from pap for med/dry lanes.
Anyone else got a suggestion for drilling the tsu for med/oily? I need something between my doom & my total inferno.
