I am a new Lane 1 user over the last 6 weeks. Long time happy Storm/Roto guy who as been dabbling with different manufacturers the last two seasons. Favorite ball of all time is the Nomad Solid! Love my Nano also.
But I have to say, I am incredibly impressed with my Lane 1 experience so far. Started with a Buzzbomb Carnage drilled with a 5 inch Pin to PAP to start on fresh with. The Nano is usually to strong for most THS for me. I cant say enough about the roll, consistency and hitting power of this ball, it is climbing into my top three balls of all time!
After the success with this ball I decided to try some more, purchased a Pink Panther Pearl and Chainsaw SOS! Again wow is all I can say. The PPP needed a light coat of polish but once I did that first league set out was 743~
The SOS is the best drier lane ball I have ever thrown! After I polished the PPP i went to practice and the lanes were fried, PPP started rolling at arrows, it was bad. Out comes the SOS for a 300!Yes it was practice but still a 300 on a bad shot! The ball never over reacted!
I now see the whole sawhead mentality! The balls are really that good, atleast in my experience!!! All three hit hard, never overeact and roll excellent!
If you have never tried Lane 1, its worth it! I did it just to see what the big deal was, the following is almost cult like, now I understand!
Three Lane 1 balls in 6 weeks, its addicting and they have true fans of the equipment with many people willing to help with any information or help needed.
