May I suggest you do not do it?
The Bullet is the lightest oil ball I have ever used. It is ideal for any lack oil, until you have to play the 5th arrow with your plastic ball. It is already the smoothest acting resin ever made. It is smoother in the backend than most urethane balls I own including the Visionary Slate Blue Gargoyle and the older Yellow Amulet hard urethane.

The ball flares at most 1", if you have a lot of revs. The Rico drilling requires a weight hole to modify the core. There is hardly any core in this to begin with and you can hardly make it flare more. So the weight hole is also not likely to raise the bowtie. You may very well roll over the thumb hole and/or finger holes when you put the pin as low as the Rico requires.

One of the main purposes of the Rico drilling is to smooth out the ball's reaction. This ball is already as smooth as you can get. Only plastic is smoother.

For these reasons, I suggest that a Rico Drilling on a bullet may not do what you think it will.

Bullet is pretty straight it was my 10 pin ball for over a year, hardly hooks ever for that matter.

I would lay it out with stronger drill to use it on dry lanes, rico is a waste on this ball as Charlest suggested.

. . . you're better off looking for a beat up solid reactive
. . . and try the Rico drill to test its reaction
. . . I would not recommend this drill on a pearl
