Dynamo at 2000 Ablaron
« on: March 13, 2009, 12:21:20 PM »
I took the Dynamo down to 2000 Ablaron by hand and bowled league today. It was a fresh oil THS that is realitively long.  My stronger drilled AO at 2000 Abalron didn't really read the lanes well.  The Dynamo read the lanes tremendously.  Its the first Lane 1 ball that I know of that will allow you to make small release mistakes.  I wasn't getting out of the thumb cleanly everytime (new slug) but when I did, the rev rate was right on and the ball came off the break point very strong and crushed the pocket.  When I didn't get out cleanly and my rev rate was rather low, it made its way to the head pin, kept the pins low and carried great.  A couple of splits, once when I really caught the release and left the big 4 and another time when I didn't get anything on the ball and left the 4-5.  So that me.  The set was 234+256+236.  Still have work to do, but the ball has a ton of potential.

To think about it, it has the same look on the lanes as the Black Raspberry.  The overall back end on the Dynamo is more, but the length and the power at the break point is very similar.
