« on: April 03, 2009, 05:46:24 AM »
some people are comparing the two as very alike . I love my black raspberry and was wondering how similar they are with roll and hook etc . I find the black raspberry easy to rev up and its hit is awesome . I am seriously looking at this ball thanks guys

thats very interesting trig so you have thrown both and owned both . What were the drillings on either one ? Similar ? What surface do you have on the 2 ? Sorry for the questions . I am sitting on the edge of purchasing here . Lol lol

similar drillings black was a pin above ring stacked no weight hole
dynamo is pin in ring stacked no hole
dynamo is 4k abralon with light polish
black was about 1500 wet sand

similar rolls on the lane with like i said the dynamo being a bit longer and more angular with teh black being a touch rollier but man did they look similar to each other and hit and carry  for me this hurrican core in the dynamo is very close to the c2 core cant wait to see what comes next with this core

Because of this post i took my Black Raspberry (stacked @ 1500) and Dynamo (stacked, but more towards label, 2k + sauce) to practice last night.  The balls for me are indeed similar, but lil different.  Both balls get good length.  The black made a hard move to the pocket less archy for me.  Dynamo's move to the pocket was more archy, but fast and hard (without snapping).  obviously with the drills i have on them the black was about 3.5 boards stronger on good oil with carry down.  I like the dynamo core, but would have to give the C2 the advantage as far as carry is concerned.  But, i am going to buy another dynamo with shorter pin and do a pin under - CG out 2k + sauce and i think that will be one of the best balls i have.... we'll see!

also only thrown about 6 games with chainsaw and was 2 balls away from having (2) 300's, every one should buy a OG chainsaw Control and carry!

I'm not an expert, just what the balls did for me...
