i drilled up a new dynamo, i put a rico drilling on it. i normally love this drilling but with this ball i think i made a mistake. the ball doesn't seem to hook as much as people say it will. i am thinking of polishing it to see it will come to life that way. I am thinking this drilling was a mistake because it usually smoothes out a reaction, we'll this ball is pretty smooth to start with. i just want some opinions on what options i may have. when i say it doesn't hook that much, it is probably 3 boards stronger than my evolution.

Both my dynamo and evolution are drilled rico and I have to say that the dynamo is a good 8-10 boards stronger, but is still super smooth.

i was just curious if you changed the surface of the dynamo. I love my evolution, have bowled 9 games with this ball, and already shot 300 with it. I just can't seem to get the dynamo to hook that much. I am probably going to shine it up abit and see if it will store more energy.

I actually shined it up before I first threw it, but wasn't happy with the reaction, so I hit it with a grey scotchbrite and now I really like it. When it was polished, it was finishing way too hard- maybe you should try it.
