What's the particle load on a Dynamo?

Did Lane#1 report that? If not, what was your source?
(You don't have to reveal it. I'm just curious, as to what type of bowling person told you that.)

If not, do you know which BASF resin is Lane#1 using that the Dynamo hooks so much WITHOUT particles?

Jeff,

Apparently with any Lane #1 ball the core is 80%-90% of the ball reaction (if you ask alot of Lane #1 followers on here).

I'm sure there is some sort of particle in the cover stock. Better off PMing Thomas (Beans) or emailing someone from Lane #1...

No, I have not seen anyone say that, yet. Unless I learn of some new technology that can make this much hook (according to the review I saw on it in BTM), my suspicions lie in the realm of particles. Many, many balls produced by many manufacturers have had particles even when the manufacturer has not advertised such. Heck, they've had them, even when the manufacturer has denied they have particles via a ball rep.

I don't know that the Dynamo has particles. I also don't know that it doesn't. I suspect that it does. Anything is possible. I try to keep an open mind, no matter who says what. I remain curious. I collect facts. Personally it makes no difference to me if it does or it doesn't.

nothing at all wrong with that logic Charlest, but it reacts like a solid, not a particle, and I've never heard anybody call it a particle.

It does indeed react like a solid. Very interesting that it fought through the burn tonight for me and never lost energy in the pin deck. Virtuals, Sauces were all DOA in the last 15 feet. Dynamo cornered harder.

One weird thing though and Doug Sterner mentioned it. The ball comes back with oil rings but by the time you get up again for next turn, the oil has disappeared.

Anyone want to guess what is going on??? In 30+ years of bowling I have never seen this before.....

What's impossible?? Krumpy reports that the Dynamo cornered hard while the Virtuals and Sauces were all DOA in the last 15 feet. It shows that our friends at Lane#1 have done it again. It actually sounds exciting...

Vince, you're a SoCal guy. Take a break from work, spend a day at Disneyland, and you might recapture the spirit of what's possible in this world. Sometimes it's just a matter of attitude.

Steven, DOA?  The Virtual???  Now Steven I don't know what to say about that.  I sure haven't seen that!!!!  Now as for the Dynamo,  Can't say,  cause still haven't seen one being used!!!  And I have been looking.

You know the Virtual is one of the best selling balls out there!!!!  And it ain't just because of it's great looks!!! It performs!!!  Sauce,  needs a little help.  Take the cover down to 2000 or in some cases 1000.

Here's the deal..

I've been bowling for over 40 years and have never seen a ball do this.

I've read through the thread, and I've seen two references to Dynamo miracles:

1) The Dynamo cornered hard while the Virtuals and Sauces were all DOA in the last 15 feet.

2) The Dynamo is an oil sponge

I don't think you have to see visions of the Virgin Mary on water stained walls for either of these reports to be nothing more than matter of fact. What did I miss??
