Emerald Buzzsaw/C2

I'm a stroker w/med rev and higher axis tilt and my preferred speed is about 16 mph.I have had this ball undrilled for about 2 years, since it has the xtra lenght cover would it be wrong of me to use a drilling that would allow it to start in the mid lane, or am I ruining this ball's reaction. I also track about 1" from my fingers so could someone tell me if I'm on the wrong track. Thanks for any help

I would recommend looking at the Lane#1 website.  Their tech section has suggested drills and you can email them.  They usually respond quickly and have good advise.  

The Emerald packs quite a punch and if you're still unsure about drilling it up  - I am sure you can find buyers!

I had mine drilled 4x4, with the pin at 1:30, and the cg kicked out right about 2" from center of grip.  AMAZIING backend snap onm medium to medium light (due to my higer speed).

I owned one. It was drilled label drill. However, I have since found out that label drill isn't a good match-up for me because of my low revs. The drilling Sawmill described would have worked very well for me had I known it at the time as this pin-cg placement helps get the ball reving better in the mid-lane. I owned 5 Saws and the Emerald was my favorite of the 5. Had I known back then about drillings like Sawmill described, I'm positive that I would still have that ball today. In fact if someone had a heavy 14# or light 15# NIB Emerald for sale today, I would consider buying it.

Definitely on the wrong track, package it up and ship it to me.    

I think a little more info on what your looking for would help?  I mean how do you want it to compare to your other stuff?

Thanks guy's, Sawmill I'm going to give your drilling a shot I'm thinking that it should go good w/my Overtime that has a snapping backend. Getting a midlane roll on the Emerald should allow me to stroke the ball when the lanes breakdown.  Thanks a lot
