I need some advice on the Emerald. Currently I bowl in 3 leagues at two different houses. Both have wood lanes. I usually throw my pearl cherry for the 1st two games and score well. I have the pearl cherry drilled 1:30 label leverage. But by the 3rd game the heads have dried up and I have a hard time carrying the pocket. Even if I move inside. I was wondering if the Emerald would be a good ball to follow up with? Thanks.

That or the Silver Diamond would be my choice, and if you drill the XXL tame enough, that might work well to Brother!!

Thanks for the reply Saw Mill. I have tried the Silver and it doesn't drive the pocket for me. Lot of weak hits for me. Probably because I laid it out 5 x 4. Been experimenting with the cover stock but mixed results. That's why I was asking about the Emerald.

The Emerald would work, if you laid it out the same way as the cherry (1:30 drilling) say a 4x4 or 4 1/2 x 4. I love my Emerald.

I love my Emerald too. It is laid out 4 x 4 with Pin beside ringfinger.

I bought the silver diamond for follow up. I bought my mother the emerald for her follow up ball and she crushes the pocket with it. I think either ball would do you justice..
