As several of you people know, I decided to try a Lane 1 ball. After several communications with Triggerman, it was decided to start me on the Enriched Uranium and go from there. After discussing the drilling of this ball with Triggerman as well as a few other Saw users, I opted for the drilling of
4 1/4 x 3 1/2 with Pin under RF. Ball ended with almost 1 full oz side weight, so I left it there and didn't put a weight hole in it.
This ball thus far has been a monster. So far I have used it in leagues 5 times plus one game in another league of which the lanes were too dry for it and I had to switch to another ball. My series have been 619-631-650-620-583. The 583 is the lowest series so far and was shot today. The lanes were a bit too dry for this ball today unless you can move left and throw right a bit of which isn't my game. However, I love this ball so much that I just couldn't make myself put it up, so I tried moving left a bit and throwing right and did manage the 583. I've never had a ball that I could do this with before.
I know those scores aren't great for some of you high average bowlers, but if you have seen me bowl the last 3 years with my average going down a few pins every year, you would understand my excitement about this ball.
All I can say is WOW! about this ball. This ball is a monster. When it makes it's move, it moves strongly and continues strongly thru the pin deck. You can rest assured my next ball will be a Lane 1 also. It will probably be a ball for this house with the drier lanes that I had to move left and swing it out some today as that is not my best game to do that.
