Anyone have any advice on how you cure fast feet? It has been killing my games recently, as I am doing it at least 2-3 first shots per game and paying a pretty big price when I do it. Just curious as to what works for you, if you have this problem.

Stand a bit more erect, knees a little bent, balance is key.
Step into your center of gravity on your slide, heels pointed in and imagine a plane landing on your delivery.

Try slowly sliding on your first step.....Do not step slide!!! This will help slow yourself down.

Moving up on the approach and holding the ball lower should help in slowing down fast feet. =:^D

Works for me. Also adding a fifth step (if you can without screwing up your timing) works. At times I'll move up past the ball return and add a fifth step, while lowering the ball in my set-up.

Well.....in a true effortless, non muscled swing....the feet follow the ball. Not too sure about moving up....but the lower ball placement idea makes a lot of sense to me
