I got mine today from fedex, will be drilling it this weekend

carnage is 3-4 pin and the SOS is 2-3

Carnage appears to be 4k no polish, mine has a lot of the light  blue in it, the SOS is a good looking dark blue pearl

OK mine got drilled. Ball was 15 3oz 2 1/2 top and 2-3 pin.

Drilled 70 x 4 1/2 x 30.

The house I bowl in is old wood lanes and light oil, so I wanted a little more length on it. With this drill and the house shot this ball is still a monster!

Will post a full review later this week.

So I drilled both the SOS and the Carnage last night right before league

SOS ended up going 70 x 5.5 x 30 (my fave) ball didnt disappoint, in fact compared to the original CS with this drilling this ball flat out impressed, strong reving core with a nice pronounced move off the dry, ball was very strong in the hole, really found its niche on our house shot going 15-8 with firm hand, letting the ball do its thing, started off 72, next 9 then 7 pin spare for 268, second game 4 bagger to start and then the pearl started to show its weakness as a touch of carry down set in, put it away and went to the Carnage (55 x 3.75 x 25 drilling) moved left 10 boards with feet, 7 boards at arrow, same break point at 42 and was back in the pocket, a couple of missed easy spares kept me from shooting 730 plus with this pair last night (687 set with 4 ill placed opens)

great compliment to each other, I can start the night off being a little direct but then go to the Carnage and open the lane up big time, from their respective lines both balls had the motor to make the pocket without as much as struggling, the SOS retains well, the drilling on the Carnage leads it to bleed off pretty fast, but still carries very well and hits super well, reminds me of my old buzzbomb with a stronger contination on the back, I am sure with drilling I can take cover down to 2k no polish and easily handle some oil, will be throwing it on the nationals pattern tonight (I think thats what we are on) and will get a much better feel for its controlability

SURFACE PREPARATION
OoB = Highly Polished

COMMENTS
I must admit I was expecting the Chainsaw SOS to be stronger than it is, but I'm excited that it isn't. Lane#1 has been missing a true Dry lane ball for a long time and the SOS is the ticket. I'm and oddly excited for the next time they forget to oil the lanes...
More to come in the not too distant future.

COMMENTS
As expected the BuzzBomb Carnage will eat up the heavy oil. It has a similar setup to the Black Panther, but has considerably stronger bite at the break point (which is a little deeper then the Black Panther). Very aggressive mid-late lane reaction and you will need oil and lots of it. More to come in the not too distant future.
