I think this ball is where Lane #1 "got it" in regards to its relationship with 900Global.
I'm in my 21st year of league bowling now, and I've got a short list of "best ever" balls: AMF Ninja Master, AMF XS, Storm Thunder, Storm X-Factor, Lane #1 Tsunami H20 and now the Time Bomb.
The post-Brunswick era for Lane #1 has been inconsistent for me; the Supernova XP was probably the best of the bunch up to now. Some of the combinations of core and cover were just bad. I'm fairly shocked how well the Time Bomb has settled into the role of benchmark ball given its high-RG nature.
Moreover, I'm interested to see how the relationship between Lane #1 cores and 900G covers grows from here on out. More people need to give the Time Bomb a chance.

I initially was having problems with my Time Bomb (was suggested that the layout was not fitting my game or that the ball was just burning up even with various coverstock preps). Just yesterday, a friend of mines purchased a used Time Bomb off of a guy, but it hooked too much for him. We both love Lane #1, and he knew that I was struggling with mines not hooking, so he offered to swap. Got a chance to throw it yesterday and I must say that this is what I have been missing. The ball moves significantly more than my own, and in fact, because he has so much hand, my Time Bomb rolled much better for him. I hope that this is what I have been seeking out of the ball, because I was surely on the brink of selling her.....Going to test it out tomorrow in league...
