I was wondering would it be okay to scuff this ball. Just to dull it a little. I was playing one night and everything in my arsenal was burning out to quick, so I went with this ball. I shot okay but it just breaking a little too late for me.

I wondered if I could scuff the ball up to start and if I need a later break point I can just put in the machine to put the polish back on.

Talkin' Trash!

why not experiment right?

600+ grit scotch brite (green) should do the job.

if it doesnt work out, lustre king the thing for 5 minutes.

you may want to look into one of these as well...

PowerKoil 14 Coverstock, Inferno Core.

that could solve your problem, in the offseason i got one for $35 shipped.

it may be an avenue you want to look at.
