Another PBA success story!!
« on: March 20, 2008, 05:57:36 AM »
Hey Tom,

Quick question on the BuzzBomb??  I drilled it like you recommended and it is a monster! It justdoes what I need it to do, from playin deep inside to straight up outside.
I might have up to 30 games on it, left it behind last night after league
to get baked.  Does that sound about right to you?  20-30 games?? I'm still
not a techy, never was and being out of the game for 11 years I am even
further out of the loop.  I'm back to the old days, just get me a ball and
I'll throw it.   I threw 5 on house after it was drilled.  6 on PBA
Chameleon (won this sweeper tournament).  First night in league 3 games - 781,
needed to fill 10th in 3rd game for 800, went 9/9.  6 more league games.  3
more games on Viper in PBA Midwest Regional this past weekend at Scott AFB
in Illinois.  10th after first 8 games of qualifying on A squad, B squad
dropped me to 33rd and I miss cut by 37 pins.

This was an email sent to me....

themezz i guarentee you that if you were to meet any of us in person you wouldn't ever run your mouth to anyone ever again.

you're just like all the other "internet tough guys" talk alot of smack but when face 2 face with someone that you ran your mouth to you go back hiding under mommy's skirt.

i tell you what if you live in Pennsylvania or want to come to pa  i'll meet you face 2 face and then after i'm done shutting you up ill have a taxi cab take you to the twist in wilkes barre pa so you and your gay friends can cry over it together.

dont worry guys ....themess is nothing but a 110 lb pansy who drives a geo metro (teal) who dreams of the day he can move up to a snoopy ball, once he gets out of junior league. hopefully mommy will give him enough money so he can bowl mixed doubles on saturday night with 2 fat girls and freddy  the convicted sex offender from the next town over.

I think the email to Beans was asking if his BuzzBomb being oil soaked after 20-30 games is in the norm for that ball????

The person in question used his Buzzbomb against my team during his 781 set last week and the ball reaction was "killer" at the very least. Seven days later it rolled like a blue dot in the same house on the same pattern. Ball had no more than 30 games and was soaked.

Am I right Beans about what Jeff wanted to know??

The more a ball hooks new from ANY company when new the faster it tends to lose that reaction...

20-30 games and oil soaked does not seem logical. I have well over 100 games on my Buzzbomb and it rolls the same as it did new. keep in mind I polished it with the Secret Sauce before throwing a ball with it. No problems...

I think preventive maintenance is important on any ball with a reactive cover.

Even though my other posts made me look like i did not like the buzzbomb, i think it is a great ball for oil and the drilling for me is dead on perfect.

Went to a rough buff on top of the 1k and the ball is still a medium-heavy hooking beast. I am not a lane 1 hater even though i do not understand why the statics is so big to them at lane 1, but i am not going to start this fiasco up again.

So Happy Easter and have a nice day even my old pal the FEZZ oops the MEZZ
