the amazing part of this ball?  doesnt matter, pick the one that suits the lanes and go

I personally love it at 4k abralon (500-1000-2000-4000) with polish I redid it soon after punching it, made a huge difference.  I still feel that the 15# balls are coming in at 2k and not 4k like advertised.

I threw mine on a drier lane last night, prior to league i took it back to 4k and then polished it pretty good with Ebo factory refinisher.  After pulling my head out I had a very good look, 234-264 to end the night

but after saying that, this cover is probably the easiest cover to change from lane 1  from what I have seen/heard  a refinsh to 4k in steps like i noted above is the ticket

That what we are suspecting too...the surface of my friend's Dynamo was chipped off some so the bowling center offer to re-con it for him and brought it back to OOB (4000 grit). But the ball isn't reacting like before and it is not as dull as before. We are thinking of bringing it down to 1000 grit.

most definitely, bring it back down, if the volume is there and he isnt getting the reaction take it down to 1k abralon and try it and if too much take it up to 2k no polish, i'm sure you will find it very close to OOB

rumor has it S75 but i can neither confirm nor deny it.  lots have said it reminds them of the dynothane soaker stock.  oil rings disappear off the ball as it sits on the rack, after some 200 games i have seen no loss of reaction from it.  in fact it took 6-10 games for it ro really come alive (like soaker did)

I took mine to 2k because I am planning on using in tournaments that usually have more oily shots (State tournament, USBC nationals) and also my PBAX league this summer.  Come Fall, I may take it back up to 4K to use it in leagues.

I read all this earlier today and since I have already had the Dynamo at 4000ab, and 1500p wetsand+polish, and liked both surfaces, I decided to toss it on the spinner and try 1000ab and run it over to the lanes and see how it rolled. I was able to get a fresh pair, and man did this ball move.It was smoother at the break as you might expect, and would easily handle more oil, and still retained lots of backend. went 9/ sheet 290 then moved on to other balls, so I guess 1000ab works pretty good too, if you have enough oil.

Thanks for your feedback...we will bring it down to a 1000 and hopefully get back the reaction that he preferred.
