Green colored 15lb Carbide BOMB... how much ball is it?

I've got a chance to get one and I'm wondering how much OIL can this ball really handle? What about backend potential on Heavier Oil? And is it a "pearl particle" like bowlingballreviews.com says it is? And do Lane #1 balls die easily like other Particle balls do?

Being a staunch Lane #1 supporter,  I would stay away from the green bomb, unless it is a good price.   The ball has had a reputation for being very condition specific.   It does not handle a lot of oil, but it is too strong for the dry.   It was their 1st attempt at the bomb.  There are much better Lane #1 balls out there.

Just my opinion.

i agree with snakes-i have had some big games with my bombs,but i needed to dull the coverstock to get a good reaction.i would say its more for med oil rather than heavy.the two drillings i have are 3 3/8 x 3 3/8 and label 1.30.i would say the label has been the most productive.
