I have a THS got from Buddies pro shop and it cracked between the fingers and in a semi circle above and below the fingers from middle finger to ring finger.

I called Buddies and talked to Chris and he had me send him photos of the cracks.  After receiving the photos I got a call from Chris and he said the ball will be replaced.  He didn't have the THS with the sam specs of the ball i already had so Lane 1 sent him a THS with very similar specs.

Great customer service from both Buddies and Lane 1.

Since they already agreed to replace the ball, I kept the ball in my house with the rest of my bowling balls.  Today I looked at the THS and the ball is cracked half way around the ball starting at the middle finger.

Has anyone else had a problem with the THS cracking?

This is not a slam, but the customer service is great.
