Thanks BigWilly. That sounds like a logical answer. The clearness WOULD make it look bigger. lol. Cant wait to see it.
Now, my question regarding a smaller core and its effects was only for discussion purposes and not to be taken out of context. Sorry L1B, I dont see any reason to wait till its out to discuss that sort of thing. I would still like to hear some opinions.-Mike

Sorry, but you know nothing for sure of the size f the core yet, and have not seen the ball, why not wait till you actually know whats going on, before you get worried??

Lane1_Bowler,

I don't understand why it matters if someone wants to discuss a new release. It's just like anything else that gets discussed. He's very interested in a Lane#1 product, and Curly is just looking to try to find out about it before it comes out. Maybe he's looking for a spare ball with a decent core in it, and was hoping someone would have some info on this to help with his decision. OR, maybe he collects clear balls like myself. But at least he isn't talking about rubbing feces on the lane at the breakpoint of a certain epoxy bowling ball...

PS...everyone in their respective bowling ball forums speculate about new equipment. Brunswick people have been talking about the new Zone coming out...and they don't even know the name of it.

Listen, its no big deal. Really. I asked for a bit of speculation because I would like to come to this forum for some topics that actually have some relevance and maybe a bit of thought too. I have been on this site for a couple of years and its always the same thing. They cost to much. No they dont. Yes they do. No they dont. Yes they do type of thing. Jesus......See where I am coming from? So many great posters here(including L1B)! Have we just run out of things to talk about? lol. I wouldnt believe it if it were true!-Mike

Brother, you dont know how badly I want to see the Berry cover/core combo back in their line-up. lol. I swear, Id tattoo the Lane1 logo and Richies pic across my back if they did. lol. But alas.........

I would love it too. I just picked up a blueberry 15.16lbs, 4.2 top with a    4 1/2 " pin. Getting ready to drill it soon. Also was lucky enough to find a cranberry, pro purple, pearl blue carbide & a super carbide solid.

Also, didn't mean to hijack the post!!
