wtb dynamo

I am looking for a Dynamo for a friend.12 to 13 lbs and 2 to a three inch pin and about the same top weight. He is in ill health and my sons and I would like to get him a good ball before it is too late.Any help would out here in BR? We could not find a Buss Bomb in this weight.Thanks Doug
