HRG Drilling....stronger or weaker than...?
« on: October 31, 2006, 04:22:09 AM »

I really really like the drilling that I currently have on my
Cobalt Pearl bowling ball.

Based on that information alone, for those that have already
tossed the HRG, would you drill the HRG with a stronger layout
or a weaker layout? (than a cobalt pearl).

Did that make sense? (It has been a long day already...)

I have different opinion on this issue

I am not for buying a strong ball and drill it weak .. I would buy a weak ball and drill it strong ..

the cobalt I have is drilled label stakced and I plan to drill the HEG stacked too

more likely it will vary from one bowler to another

joey,

What is your profile, i.e. speed, revs etc..., as Chuck suggested that I drill the HRG pin above, and cg kicked right so that the tips of the diamond are pointing to the 10 and 5 (of a clock's face).  I was concerned that with my speed it would skate through break poin, or recover too late.  Let me know what you think of it in comparisson to my profile (just click and read).  Thanks in advance!!
