not to hijack the thread or anything but I know lane 1 just registered last year. But does anyone remember when haugen threw lane 1 a long time ago? Did they not have the fees back then or what? Also i think haugen threw visionary which has never been approved. How are those possible?

Lane 1 has always been approved. Visionary was approved up until the 2003-2004 season when they decided not to go through with registration fees.

DP3, not saying you are wrong but i heard from several people that Lane 1 just started their registrations last year or the year before. I have no clue on the visionary but i have never heard of them being registered either. Again not saying you are wrong by any means just stating what i thought bro.

http://www.visionarybowling.com/
FROM their WEBSITE:
Unfortunately, due to the recent format change and the price increase in registration fees, Visionary Bowling Products LLC has decided not to participate in the PBA program for the 2004-2005 season. This decision was not taken lightly and was neither anticipated nor desired.
.......Our corporate goal has always been to serve the bowling public with high quality, high performing bowling balls at an affordable price. In order to maintain these goals, and continue serving bowlers and pro shops with the same commitment and price structure that they have become accustomed to, we felt the only option was to temporarily step away from the PBA. We understand that this decision is not going to be popular with bowlers that participate in the Regional, Senior or National PBA Tour, and we sincerely apologize for any inconveniences that it may cause.
