This may be a question for the drilling forum, but since I will be purchasing a Bullet, maybe you guys would help me.

I am looking for a ball that has excellent length and arc instead of skid/snap.  I bowl with light oil on wood lanes and have too much hand.

I have read where pin out will give my driller more drill options, will provide length, but will provide snap.  A pin in drill will provide not as many drill options, not as much length, and no snap.  Hopefully that is correct.  If not, school me.

What do you Lane #1 users recommend?

Yes, a pin in ball will roll earlier with less snap. This may be too early..? The Bullet goes long and arcs, no snap.

If you use a ball with more of a pin out, then a CG out drilling will help control the backend, giving you less of a snap.

If you drill the ball with the pin farther from your grip center than the CG is, i.e. label 1:30, the ball will go longer with more finish on the backend.

This ball is smooth, so a drilling with more backend could be beneficial..? =:^D

i drilled my recharge 315 but it has a 2 inch pin,,,,,,,,mb still in the same spot though.
