Saws work again.
« on: May 02, 2004, 07:56:23 AM »
Saws put me into 1st place in the local assoc.
tourney. did not shoot big but there was a tough
but fair shot. You HAD to be consistant.
No wall up for this one. I shot mid 600's here to win a
handicapper 3 years ago. I struggleds in doubles but my partner
picked me up and shot a decent set to put us on top for
doubles. Have a fair shot at all events if we can throw a
team together. We also have a 6 game all events for S/D only
and my teammate and I both have 1344 so we should be good
to cash in that also.

Strapper and Belgarion if you shoot S/D at Lewistown Lanes
let me know how you did. Up ten is decent if you have the accuracy/speed
control. After that you have to fish around a bit. I know a bunch of guys
that barely broke 1000 for doubles WITH cap. Closest score to ours was
1250 or so out of 2 squads on Sunday, unsure if any squads were bowled on
Saturday, but I do not think there were.
