My proshop guy wants to carry the Hybrid DB and H2O. He is interested in getting a knowledgeable comparison of these two balls to Brunswick stuff. Any one able to help? Yea, I know my tagline speaks my own humorous opinion of buzzsaws, but I promised I would ask the people that I knew would know best about them. Thx.

Weekly bowling league...$25
Pitcher of beer....$6
Taking a Lane#1 user's wallet with a RotoGrip ball that costs half as much....PRICELESS!!!
Some balls are overpriced and over-hyped....for everything else...there is RotoGrip.

Losers always whine about their Buzzsaws. Winners go home and thank their RotoGrips.

Darren: The Hybrid DB is essentially a more aggressive version of the Ultimate Inferno. The Hybrid will roll up a few feet sooner, and seems to have a harder charge after breakpoint. In comparing the Hybrid and the Ultimate drilled roughly the same (pin below ring, rev leverage w/x-hole in the thumb quadrant), the Hybrid will cover 3-5 additional boards.
They're both good balls, but the Hybrid is just a better overall package and inspires more confidence when you throw it. The Ultimate has been relegated to practice duty.

i find my hybrid and the ultimate (i have both) seem to roll up in quite a similar fashion, but the HDB continutes to make power into the pocket when the UI will burn out at times.
