Holy "XL" Batman
« on: October 15, 2004, 03:07:02 AM »
I just bought a XL from a fellow BR member. I got it tuesday,Span was short so i plugged the fingers and redrilled to fit. Pin is next to ring finger and cg kicked out. I sanded it to 1000 grit and then polished to a mirrow shine. Last night was the first night to use it. WOW

Only ball in my hand all night , First game learning the ball i couldn't believe the backend reaction it had. I couldn't do more then a double the first game . But then it was on.
game 1 = 214
game 2 = 277
game 3 = 279
series = 770
Anymore question about Buzzsaw being that good. And it is not my first saw i have owned just about all the saws except for the bullet , and of coarse "DB"

The XL read the lane great, It had a very predictable reaction and carried super.. AWESOME BALL if any of you get a chance to pickup one DO IT>>>>

I've had an XL for over a year, and it probably doesn't have 20 games on it yet.  Not because I don't like it, but because I find it to to be very condition specific.  It's way too much ball in one house, and not quite enough in the other.  The midlane produced by the core is too strong for dry and the cover is too skittish for wet.  The few times that it has matched up, it's been excellent, but it just doesn't happen very often.
