i just ordered this ball for the dry conditions i come accross.  for those that throw this ball i am wondering how i should have it drilled.  i throw 17-10 most nights with my epic and i have a tour power for the medium shot.  just was curious on how this ball should be drilled.  i throw with alot of hand an 15.5-16mph.  thanks in advance.  shorty

thanks.  i want enough punch in the backend to get the corner pins out.  i put alot of revs on the ball so label drilling should be fine.

I drilled mine label 1:30 and it works like a gem (or, should I say...a diamond!). Accuracy is a must with plastic. When you get to the pocket though, high flush = pin destruction!

Mine is 4x4 stacked, with a weight hole (imagine that, a plastic ball that needs a weight hole) and gives plenty of movement and hit.  This also makes it so that you do not have to be so perfect, and will not be scared at the smel of oil.

I'm not a high revver...medium but soft speed.

I have found this ball with a label leverage type drilling(4 X 5 1/2 to be exact) is sweet for spares but not quite enough for strikes.  I wish I had drilled 4 X 4!

A teammate of mine has an old Brunswick Axis with a weight hole.  Took it to Nationals and they said it was out of balance.  It looks like it's drilled over the pin, like pretty much all plastic pancake balls, so I can't figure out how it needs a weight hole, but there you go.

I have mine drilled max leverage on the drill sheet; does pretty well on broken shots but not on stripped, Sahara Desert conditions. Oil on the heads is a must
